We have a minimum order value of £50

Delivery charge is £4.95 on orders between £50 and £100 and is free on all orders over £100 (Mainland UK)

Orders are dispatched Frozen in insulated packaging with ice packs, arriving with you in perfect condition to store frozen or defrost to use

Our order cut off for next day delivery is 1pm

We dispatch each day Monday-Thursday.

Your order will be delivered next day between 8am - 6pm (usually before 4pm) and will require a signature

Saturday delivery is available for £2.50 additional charge

We use APC overnight couriers dedicated fragile delivery service

Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday will be delivered on Tuesday.
RETURNS
All our products are made in our own BRC or Salsa accredited bakeries with the best quality ingredients to stringent standards with full traceability.
In the unlikely event that a product is not to specification please notify our customer service team with full details including the invoice number and the batch code printed
on the product packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
General Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of our products.
We may require pictures of products out of specification; please do not dispose of any product you have contacted
us about.
PRIVACY
We respect your privacy and ensure that all sensitive and personal information provided to us is lawfully processed and held in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998, (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. Personal / sensitive information is deemed to be any information that identifies a living individual. We collect data by consent, you have the right to remove your consent at any point.
We take your privacy and data security extremely seriously. This section tells you everything you need to know about how we use your data
We will collect and process the following information;
o Your full name
o Your home contact details e.g. address, fax number, telephone numbers and e-mail address
o The reason for your contact, which may be an enquiry, a purchase, a request
o If you create a customer account - your username, password, e-mail address, your full name and your date of birth;
o if you make a purchase using the Site we will collect and process financial account information, such as credit/debit card number and other payment information
We obtain the information above to enable us to process, take payment and deliver your order, and/or to response to a query you have made. Your information is passed electronically to our Sales and Accounts team. This information is held electronically on our secure server. We will keep your information for twelve months from the date of your last order, at which point your data will be permanently deleted. We will share your information electronically with our Sales and accounts team, In addition we will share your full name and address with our third party courier.
